Weisswurst--Why Bother?

I wouldn't say Weisswurst not to be a Franconian thing. Then again, I'm a Bamberger Lokalpatriot, and so I love the Bamberger Weisswurst more than the Münchner. And of course, when in Rome, do as the Romans do, and when in Bamberg, you don't *have* to drink Weissbier:)
