Sauer of Rossdorf

I believe the Kellerbier must be the Gaststätte's "Urbräu". It's nice, but a bit unexciting IMO. This Braunbier though--that's something I'll be checking out this year, thanks to Jürgen! Their Winterbock is quite good. And the Keller is one of the loveliest around.
