New Ulm or Neu Ulm?

Lufthansa flies them in from Neu Ulm, Bayern. Right across from Ulm, Baden Wurttemberg. Sort of a kick. It's New Braunfels but I know the Germans in town wanted Neu Braunfels. My buddy in Austin says there are a lot of sausage makers there.
