Advertisement in the left hand margin

Noticed an advertisement in the left hand navigation system, literally: "Stop Drinking Alcohol Proven Detox System Just 10 Min/Day for 21 Days Guaranteed. (link button) 10 minutes a day without beer for 21 days - no problem I'd think. Or would this be a skewed perception of the concept?
