Nueremberg: outside the town centre

hmmm... - singularis porcus (Eberschwein - yes, I know my classics, [re]written by Rene Goscinny) certainly sounds/looks very interesting. Gräfenberg (Lindenbräu) is definitely a must visit, Klosterbrauerei Weissenohe is also well worth visiting.
