Jimbo, Maybe because St Katharine's Day is November 25th (just like the Josefi Bock comes out on March 19th, St. Joseph's Day.) -- Though I think Brauerei Grasser releases the Kathreinbock on Buss und Bettag -- which can be anywhere from Nov 18-22, IIRC.
