Natural carbonation in beers

All I can say is that if you are limiting yourself to only beers with natural carbonation (no added CO2), you are ruling out probably 90% of the beers in the world. You might be able to live happily in the UK with a decent selection, but if you were in the US, you would run out of beer choices very, very quickly. And another thing, "U" beer does not refer to natural carbonation, on the contrary, it refers to less carbonation since the barrel is left "un-bunged" during lagering. "U" is naturally carbonated, but so are many other non-"U" German lagers dispensed by gravity. Cheers
