No problems reserving at Spezial via email. I've reserved via email in basic English with no problems, like so: Guten Tag, I would like to reserve a room: Standard EinzelZimmer, 1 person, 3 nacht Arrive: 15 Sept 09 Depart: 18 Sept 09 Payment: Cash Please reply with price and availability. Danke Schoen, ---- I swiftly received a confirmation email in perfect English. I'm still waiting for a reply from Faessla :( Mike
