Fränkisches Bierfest - Nürnberg

I think this is the festival held in the moat of the castle,I tried to attend a couple of years back, but for some reason that year it was canceled. so another try seems on the cards. btb can one of you native (or fluent) German speakers tell me the correct word/phrase for something "in the style" IE "in the style of a franconian beer" many thanks.
