On Tap: Huppendorfer Josefi-Bock Again on bottle: Hausbräu Stegaurach Lager New on bottle since some weeks: Beck Weisse Perhaps on tap in the future (end of may 2010?) : the new bock from Beck / Andreas Gänstaller, named Beck Quartor Date of brewing: 15th march 2010. 25% Stammwürze (wort), around 10% vol. alc. All malts from Weyermann. With a great fraction of dinkel malt ("spelt wheat"). Dinkel is is an old german wheat. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinkel
