Prague?

The Railway line Prague - Pilsen - Furth im Wald - Schwandorf - Nürnberg is not very fast (look at a map). Even if it has become a bit faster the last year, a direct bus along the Autobahn will always be faster. But the real reason is competition: DB lost the connection to ALEX (Arriva). Before that the DB didn't bother. The ALEX train connection definitely takes less time than the DB used to.
