Beer Buzz Suggestions

Oh boys... Touring breweries for me doesn't simply mean drinking beer and having a good time. For me it's the red thread, that connects a lot of different aspects: I'm learning a lot about my own culture: Differences in dialect, food (Never heard of 'Ziebeleskäs' before, as I'm coming from the west!), architecture, landscape, and so on. I'm learning a lot of stunning stories, e.g. how the brewery at Spielbach was connected with the RAF (Bader-Meinhof-Komplex); the story of the last brewer's favourite horse, and so on. I'm learning a lot about the beer itself: Differences in local style, taste, ... Then there's the surprise factor: Which funny things will happen? What will the beer be like? Which interesting people will I meet? Then there's the time factor: The number of breweries is decreasing, so they need to be visited NOW. Otherwise you'll come too late and probably miss something great. So, that's my motivation. Jürgen @Nick: What do you think about a bike stroll from Rothenburg to Spielbach, as soon as the weather is better?
