Mönschambacher Export

"Schinken-mit-Ei to go"...I assume you mean "to go" in the "dazu" sense, rather than in the "zum Mitnehmen" sense. :) I've actually never had the Export; I've only drunk the Lager (bayerischer Anstich!) at the brewery. I'm also keen on exploring Exports these days--I should've picked up a few bottles when I picked up my cases of Maibock a few weeks ago. Speaking of Böcke, have you found some bottles of the Weihnachtsbock? I've got some to share, as well as some from Griess.
