Great--I'll email you. I suppose it's a bit premature to say I've got a "tradition" to uphold, as I've only been going for 5 years, but I always like my first stop to be the Blümlein. From there, probably to lunch at the Hoffmann Keller (Krug Bräu, Breitenlesau, sweetish, but worth trying every year, and they like me there for some reason), and then who knows. All the Forchheimer Annafestbier(s) are worth trying, though usually one or two will suffer from gross defects in brewing procedure. It's always a guess as to which ones it'll be in which year. (usually diacytel and/or DMS) *Not* recommended is the Wolfshöher Festbier; it's inordinately bland and AFAIK not specially brewed for the Annafest, although it's on offer at nearly half the Keller(s). An interesting comparison might be a Maß from the Blümlein with one from the other Eichhorn Keller. Beer at the former is supposedly lagered longer than at the latter. I've never thought of doing a horizontal between the two though.
