Urlaub Wiki

Well, the power of a wiki is anybody can add to it :) I've created a page with info from these two posts. As people add to this thread I'll update it, but you can go there and add it yourself, as my Urlaub starts next week and I may be too busy riding my bike and drinking beer to update any more frequently than daily. The good thing is I think the timing is fairly consistent -- if a place is closed for two weeks in August this year, then it'll probably be the same next.
