I wrote that too quickly, without really reviewing it before posting. I wasn't being kind enough. The brewery has been open not even two months, and yet the Braumeister has already mastered what far too many around here can't: to brew clean, crisp, clear, yet *unfiltered* Lager, free of defects. Pity it's so relatively far from home for me, as I'd like to follow their progress.
