The weekend weather looks quite fine, I can't imagine why they wouldn't be. Only the most traditional of Keller(s) will have closed for the season as of 1 Oct, namely Witzgall. The train to Forchheim and then bus 265 to Willersdorf will get you to Stiebarlimbach and the Kreuzberg in less than 90 minutes, running hourly on Saturday, every 2 hours on Sunday. Between these four Keller(s), you'll find a fairly large range of beers that you'll never see in Bamberg. Buttenheim, while quicker to get to, is nearly boring in comparison.
