| Trying to think back over last 3 weeks - short term memory lousy! Probably worst offenders are Fassla (inc their stuben in Hallstadt) - love the place but too fizzy. But, with the exception of the places mentioned, virtually all braus and pubs seem to use CO2 driven dispense. I have found that leaving the seidla for a few minutes (extremely difficult!) helps but the taste is still there. Even Eichorn, which is a very nice place with excellent beer, suffers. |
