Kölsch prices in Cologne

I know that Irish taxes, big city prices, and a weak dollar had a lot to do with it, but it is still amusing that a pint of Guinness in Dublin last January ran almost $6.00 a pint and I can easily get a pint of Guinness in Scranton PA (where I live) for $4.00 and sometimes less...on the odd occasions I drink it here.
