Why dbahn instead of flying?

No, they don't apply to ICE or IC routes but often there's not that much difference in the transit times, especially over relatively short distances, such as Frankfurt - Bamberg. Anyway, it's lovely siting and relaxing, watching the kids and usually elderly people (like us) piling on and off at all sort of places (and semo-derelict stations) that you've never heard of!
