I'm sure Jan is right. But you could also click on Change other data under Outward journey, and add WÜ or Würzburg as a Via point and enter your required minimum stopover time, 00:15. Before you do that, however, note the ICE arrival time and change the time to that arrival time - otherwise you will get the same departure from BA and a later ICE.
