Frankens Brauereien |

| Have been studying the book "Frankens Brauereien" by Markus Raupach and Bastian Böttner over the last few weeks. A guide like this is sort of outdated the moment it is printed, but one brewery it does not contain has been around for a long time, i.e. the communal brewery in Neuhaus a/d Pegnitz. Also there are a few "breweries" in it, the ones that do not brew themselves any more. But on the other hand, I'm in one of the (many!) photo's! - even if it is only my backside (Schanzenbräu, Nürnberg). Jürgen was sitting on the other side of the table when the pictures where taken last march (thursday the 18th to be precise). |
