Bamberg

I appreciate this might not be for everyone, but we got a train to Oberhaid and walked to Weiher via Viereth. Its about 5 miles if I remember correctly. I love walking in Franconia and theres always a few lovely beers at the end of it. Makes the walk back pass quickly too. Kundmuller in Weiher has rooms, so there are other options.
