Why do you want to go by taxi? |

| Nick, I'm with you on this one. I can't sleep when I get to Bamberg on the first day. I'm too damn excited. My objective is to get from the airport to the beer as quickly as possible. Last July's visit I landed in Zurich (Zurich because it was the only way I could spend my Lufthansa miles and get a free ticket) at 10:55am and was sitting at Spezial Keller by 4pm. Followed that up with Wilde Rose Keller, Stilbruch, Fassla, and finally closing time at Stohrenkeller at 2am. Slept like a baby but got up in time for Weisswurst at Zum Sternla at 11am. That's how it's done folks. Of course I took a year off my life but that's neither here nor there. |
