Zoigl Article, Lautering Terminology

I wouldn't dismiss Dr Michael Lewis, he is very knowledgeable about beer and brewing, and his sessions at the Craft Brewers Conference are among the best attended. I'm convinced he was (now retired AFAIK) one of the best attended and most popular lecturers at UC Davis.
