Zoigl Article, Lautering Terminology

Very interesting, will now spend the rest of my life translating! Just one small note: event my limited Deutsch tells me that the article actually refers to Neuhaus rather than Eschawo. A small point but I think that the percentage of different malt used and the hopping ratio is different.
