Frank Wetzel's FeWo is smallish, 35 m2 (380 sq feet), and meant for two people maximum. You're looking for something more like "Alles zu Fuss" (http://www.alles-zu-fuss.de/index-bamberg.html) - 15 minutes walk from Schlenkerla (that is the true center of town, isn't it?) and also pretty easy for getting to most other destinations. The "Wachsbleiche" (http://www.fewo-wachsbleiche.de/index.html) is also good for location - short walks to Fässla and Spezial, not to mention the train station and elsewhere.
