If you pass the tests, you can become a Schornsteinfegermeister, and then if you're responsible for a whole district, you'll be the Bezirksschornsteinfegermeister! I have been told that Schlotfergla is simply Franconian, though the typical Franconian diminuitive ending "-la" doesn't necessarily imply diminuitive in cases like this. I assume Schlot is Franconian then?
