New fares

VGN prices are going up again for 2011, like every year. Biggest news this year is the price of the TagesticketPlus Gesamtraum (entire region) will go up from 14,70 € to 15,60 €; the other TagesticketPlus price increases aren't so drastic. Single one-way ticket price increases aren't so drastic either. Ah well.
