How to see a few of the Bamberg Breweries

We are visiting my wives family in Augsburg and are making a sidetrip to Bamberg for one overnight, we are staying at the Brauerei Faessla, which we are hoping to tour as well. I am a homebrewer myself, beer is my hobby. I am interested in the brewing operations. Thanks for any tips you can provide. Chuck
