| Barry, just as you say you should go to the source, you really must go to Düsseldorf to appreciate their Altbier. It is just not the same in a bottle, though Ueirge's bottles of Unfiltered Altbier (with visible yeast in the bottle) are usually quite tasty when fresh. |
