Next visit to Franken & Oberpfalz

Thanks for all the info. I will limit myself to the Cham area and breweries that can be reached by train and on foot (not many buses on saturday - sunday). As far as I can tell the breweries in Pösing and Runding do not have websites, any idea about opening times and Ruhetage?
