Gänstaller?

A further question: Is the Trossenfurt brewery now closed? If it is still open and the young Beck is brewing beer now there (so I read here some weeks ago): Does on the one hand Gänstaller brew the Kellerbier at Schnaid and does on the other hand Beck brew the same Kellerbier at Trossenfurt?
