Thanks for this information, it's a real shame to see the possible closure of a good brewery. Unfortunately, it's a bit of the way for us occasional visitors to Franken, who tend to concentrate around Bamberg for convenience. I wonder if it would be possible to make up a list of endangered breweries that we could all try to support on future visits? They must have a good bottling line - pity they can't get together with the brewery mentioned by Jurgen that was having problems with bottling. It would be mutually beneficial but I think that they are pretty far apart.
