On/off topic: dunkles lager with refermentation in the bottle

Thought this rather adventurous: Weizen Falk Dunkles Falk, from Bruckmüller in Amberg. Falk was a Weizenbier brewery, the beers are now brewed by B. The beer does not contain wheat, is bottom fermented and then referments in the bottle like a Weizen! http://www.bruckmueller.de/falk_dunkel.html
