Biking around Bamberg

Hi all, Just getting down to planning the nitty gritty of our June trip to Bamberg. Wed like to rent some bikes for a day, maybe 2. Ive found through Google a place which rents for €12 per day which sounds reasonable. Has anyone done this or have any comments? Id also like some recommendations for a nice day trip or two using the bikes, starting from Bamberg. What wed like is a reasonable ride, not too strenuous, obviously taking in a couple of breweries/kellers. Im thinking something which involves the Greiss keller in Geisfeld would be good, but any other suggestions would be gratefully received
