Weissbiers in Franconia?

Steaming as in "moderate intoxication through alcohol consumption. Typically characterised by a noticable reduction in common sense and decision making capacity" (Urban Dictionary). Term mainly used in Glasgow. Why at Staffelstein? Do they sell beers somewhere else than at the brewery?
