| Answer to first question, yes - as per my last posting. In spite of the fact that the EU is supposed to be a union of equals and a level playing field as regards competition, some countries manage to tilt the field in favour of their national companies by all manner of means. The most common is to write a tender specification in such a way that it can only be met by indigenous companies. How do we know that these anonymous sources were actually Ryanair pilots? |
