The 2-minute video in the post below has been replaced with a 6-minute one at < www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8cvGtDJbGE > Unfortunately, Youtube have compressed the video quite a bit, so the quality's not so high as I wish it was. For best results, do not download the "high flv" version, but the "mp4 SD" version.
