OK, then Düsseldorf uses "Münchener Anstich" because they use a hammer to insert the tap. You can see it at my one an only You Tube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iN2VQdJnF1A An explanation: They always give the new guy the tap with it open. If he doesn't close it he gets a face full of beer as he hammers in the tap. |
