When did you have it at the 'Kerwa, Mike? I used to roll my eyes at all the high praise his "Zoigl" got. It was thin and astringent, and really not appreciably different from Mahr's, which is also vastly over-rated. But he seems to have re-formulated his recipes, and every single one I've had from the new Brauhaus in Schnaid has been quite impressive. |
