Metzgerbräu [So is it a good beer?]

"Seems to be a lot of interest about a home brewer that brews in his shed in the garden. " His brewery is a lot more impressive than that. It's still a small brewery but it's a very professional setup. The beer was one of the best of many that I had during my 11 day trip.
