Indeed, Andy and Manuela have had a pair of challenges with landlords so far. Seems they get successful and develop a good reputation, and all of sudden the landlord gets big ol' euro-signs in his eyes and demands a bigger piece of the action. Apparently these idiots don't get that a big piece of nothing is still ... nothing.
