OT: W. J. Kavanaugh's

I think they were open just under two years. From what I read, the owners claim between Kavanagh's and L. Mulligan Grocer they were being spread too thin and both were suffering. Lot's of folks manage two (or more) places just fine, but I guess you have to find people you trust to deligate tasks.
