OT: Blue Moon

While i was in Denver a few years back for the Great American Beer Festival, i had some time to kill so decided to visit Golden home of the Coors brewery on the tour of this massive brewery we past a tray with all the ingredients for making beer, all the usual were there hops, barley etc. however a strange ingredient caught my eye....sweetcorn !! i asked the tour guide what is was for & the response was "we don't discuss the ingedients that go into making our beer" ....any ideas ??   PS. you got three free tastings at the end of the tour & i had three Blue Moons as they were just about passable compared to the other crap they produce
