Düsseldorfer Beer

Count me in as a Schumacher fan as well.  A close 2nd would be Zum Schlussel for me.  I like Uerige, but it's just not as balanced as the others.  I know Schumacher is my favorite as I always find myself staying there much longer than I planned.
