Have you had any exposure to Polaris? Some describe them as "citric" or even "spearminty" (or whatever people mean by "glacier ice breath mints), but I just get a well-rounded, but very STRONG hop character from it. Pairs beautifully with Chinook, which is also not as "citric" as people claim. Stickiest, oiliest hops I've ever laid hands on. Not sure where they're grown, exactly, whether in Franken, Bayern, or Tettnang.

Citra I can do without, actually, as it ends up tending towards phenolic notes too often. The down-under hops I can also do without, as well as that horrible abomination from Japan, whose name shall not be named. Jebus.
