I'm actually not all that crazy about dryhopping: I find hoppy beers seem to be best with massive hop additions at the end of boil, before cooling, whereas dryhopping adds just a tiny, barely noticable hop aroma. IOW, I find it to be a waste of good hops. This, combined with a busy day today, means I might not make it up there for any of the beers. If I knew that the Polaris was tapped at xx.xx o'clock, I would make an effort to visit.

I guess I'll have to ring them up to be sure.
