Ruhetag/Feiertag ?

During the recent Easter Monday holiday, we encountered a number of places that normally had ruhetag Monday actually opened on the Monday and closed on an alternative day, usually Tuesday, with some taking the opportunity to close for a couple of extra days (e.g. Goeller, Drosendorf).
