Prettiest Franconian kellers (and breweries)

Been a long time since I've been up there, but yes, pretty rugged way, though I suppose you could just bike up the way people drive their cars...right? We've only done it as a destination of a longish hilly bike tour from Erlangen. Pretty bloody dark Kellerbier there too. And ökologisch gebraut!
